Mission

Our mission is to empower our clients to do more of what they love and do it better by working with them to transform the science of nutrition into delicious foods and individualized strategies that meet their health and performance goals.

A better process for better results

Our individualized approach begins with getting to know you and your goals. In order to get you where you want to go, it’s crucial to understand where you’re starting – your diet, your preferences, your training and activity, your lifestyle, your idea of success, and so much more.

We work with you to develop a clear plan to achieve results. This means educating you on the science of nutrition as we go and transforming that science into foods, meals, and strategies that will work for you. And this means prioritizing your limiting factors to success so that you can cut through the chaos that is the nutrition world and focus on the improvements and short-term goals that will breed results

Some reach out to begin their nutrition journey while others come to us after working (or struggling) with other programs or nutritionists. Either way, we’re here to help you see lasting results and develop a nutrition philosophy for a lifetime. You can see some of why we get better results with our clients at our Clients & Cases page.

Read on below about our core options for helping you achieve your goals and reach out: complete our new client application so that we can provide insight into how we might work together to get you to your goals.

Direct Nutrition Consultations

Get personal care from one of our nutritionists to achieve your goals.

If you have big dreams, approaching deadlines, a variety of questions, or past struggles, then Direct Nutrition Consultations might be for you. As experts in our field we seek to provide elite care with unparalleled service and life-altering results to our clients and programs, so we take on a limited number of new clients here. Please complete our New Client Application so that we can understand what you’re looking for and what will best help you get there.

Direct Nutrition Consultations start with an initial appointment (60-80 minutes either virtually or in-office) in which we'll review your current nutrition, training, body composition, medical history, etc. and come up with a plan including necessary strategies, focuses, and goals completely personalized to you to get moving in the right direction and help you understand how to achieve the results you desire in the short- and long-term.

Following this appointment, we will check in with you for 30-minutes divided as necessary to implement further goals as well as the entirety of your nutrition plan. You will also have access to your nutritionist via text/email and receive access to a nutrition app that we use with our clients which will contain a clear picture of your nutrition needs and further ways of monitoring your nutrition goals.

This initial program spans one month and costs $640. You may need just that or choose to work with us over time so that we can collaborate to confront new challenges, problem-solve, and continue integrating various strategies to guide you to success. Further appointments are lower in cost.

Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance. We do accept HSA (and similar cards) as well as the standard credit card, check, and cash. Some of our clients choose to apply for reimbursement from their insurance company – depending on your plan, you may be reimbursed in-full, partial, or not at all; your insurance company can help you determine what that will look like. Our invoicing contains information which is typically sufficient for reimbursement (including our National Provider ID and WA DOH Certification), but you may need a referral from a physician and for us to generate what’s called a Super Bill for you.

We choose not to accept insurance for a few reasons. One, many of our clients do not have these services covered. Two, we are experts in helping you achieve your goals through nutrition – accepting insurance adds an inefficiency that increases rates and diverts our attention to dealing with payment when we’d rather focus on getting you results. And three, we want to focus on clients who are ready for results and value our time as much as we value theirs – if our rates are worth understanding how to achieve your goals and then being able to do just that, then let’s get started.
